For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:
Well Southeast of the Hawaiian Islands:
A broad area of low pressure is forecast to develop well to the 
southeast of the Hawaiian Islands by early next week. Thereafter, 
environmental conditions appear generally favorable for some gradual 
development of this system, and a tropical depression could form by 
the end of next week as it moves westward to west-northwestward over 
the Central Pacific basin.
