DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression
Nineteen-E was located near latitude 14.2 North, longitude 130.8
West. The depression is moving toward the east near 7 mph (11 km/h)
and this motion is expected to continue over the next few days. 
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Little change in strength is forecast during the next couple of 
days, and this system is expected to degenerate into a 
post-tropical cyclone by Thursday. 
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
