For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of America:
Central Subtropical Atlantic (AL98):
Showers and thunderstorms associated with a low pressure area 
located a few hundred miles east of Bermuda have become less 
organized over the past several hours. Environmental conditions 
appear marginally conducive for development over the next couple of 
days as the system moves slowly westward and southward over the 
subtropical Atlantic.
