DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the remnants of Fifteen-E were located near latitude 15.5 North, longitude 125.8 West. The remnants are moving toward the west-southwest near 12 mph (19 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue through the next day or so. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is expected through Wednesday as the remnants continue to decay. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
