DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression
Fifteen-E was located near latitude 15.7 North, longitude 125.0
West. The depression is moving toward the west-southwest near 12 mph
(19 km/h) and this general motion is expected to continue through 
tomorrow or until it dissipates.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts.
This system is forecast to dissipate within a day or so.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
