803 ABPZ20 KNHC 131134 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Sun Sep 13 2026 For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude: Active Systems: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Norbert, located well west of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. Central and Western East Pacific (EP97): An area of low pressure located several hundred miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula continues to produce an area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms to the southeast of its center. Environmental conditions are expected to be generally conducive for development, and a tropical depression is expected to form during the next couple of days while the system moves generally westward.
