DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 PM HST (0900 UTC), the remnants of Moke were located near latitude 16.3 North, longitude 164.1 West. The remnants are moving toward the west near 14 mph (22 km/h), and this motion is expected to continue today. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
