DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Iselle was 
located near latitude 20.1 North, longitude 118.6 West. Iselle is 
moving toward the northwest near 15 mph (24 km/h), and this motion 
is expected to continue through tonight, followed by a turn toward 
the west-northwest on Tuesday.
 
Maximum sustained winds remain near 70 mph (110 km/h) with higher 
gusts. A short amount of time remains for additional strengthening, 
and Iselle could briefly become a hurricane. Gradual weakening is 
then forecast starting later on Tuesday.
 
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 195 miles (315 km)
from the center.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 988 mb (29.18 inches).
 
 
HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND
----------------------
SURF: Swells generated by Iselle are affecting the west coast of the
Baja California Peninsula, and will continue for a couple more days.
These swells are likely to cause life-threatening surf and rip
current conditions. Please consult products from your local weather
