For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:
Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Lala, located near Laysan Island, and on Tropical Depression Two-C, 
located about 800 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii.
South-Southwest of Mexico:
A broad area of low pressure located a few hundred miles south of 
the coast of southern Mexico is producing disorganized showers and 
thunderstorms. Environmental conditions appear favorable for gradual 
development, and a tropical depression could form late this weekend 
or early next week while the system moves northwestward, remaining 
well offshore of Mexico.

* Formation chance through 7 days...medium...60 percent.
Central East Pacific (EP91):
An area of low pressure located several hundred miles south of the 
southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula is producing a large 
area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental 
conditions appear favorable for gradual development, and a tropical 
depression is likely to form this weekend or early next week while 
the system moves west-northwestward or northwestward at 5 to 10 
mph.
