For the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:
Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Lala, located a few hundred miles southeast of Lisianski Island.
Central Pacific (EP90):
A broad area of low pressure located well to the east-southeast of 
the Hawaiian Islands is producing showers and thunderstorms that 
are gradually becoming better organized.  Environmental conditions 
appear favorable for further development of this system, and a 
tropical depression is likely to form during the next day or so 
while the disturbance moves westward to west-northwestward at 10 to 
15 mph and crosses into the Central Pacific tonight.  Interests in 
the Hawaiian Islands should closely monitor the progress of this 
system.

* Formation chance through 7 days...high...90 percent.
South-Southwest of Mexico:
An area of low pressure is expected to form several hundred miles 
south-southwest of the coast of southern Mexico around the end of 
the week. Gradual development of this system is likely thereafter, 
and a tropical depression is likely to form this weekend  while the 
system moves generally west-northwestward, remaining well offshore 
of Mexico.
