Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on 
Potential Tropical Cyclone One-C, located about 750 miles 
east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. 
* Formation chance through 48 hours...high...90 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...high...90 percent.
The National Hurricane Center is also issuing advisories on 
recently upgraded Tropical Storm Hernan, located well west of the 
southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula.
