Wind gusts may \nincrease during the day today, with weakening speeds expected \ntonight into Sunday.\n \nThe estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).\n \n \nHAZARDS AFFECTING LAND\n----------------------\nKey messages for Isaias can be found in the Tropical Cyclone\nDiscussion under AWIPS header MIATCDAT4 and WMO header WTNT44 KNHC.\n \nRAINFALL: Rainfall totals of 3 to 6 inches with localized maximum\namounts of 10 inches are possible across the Southern Appalachians\nfrom northeast Georgia into the western Carolinas and from the upper\ncoast of South Carolina into eastern North Carolina.   Additional\nrainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches possible across the remainder of\nthe Southeast into northern Florida.\n \nFlash, urban, and river flooding is possible across the region, with\nconsiderable impacts, including landslides, possible across the\nsouthern Appalachians.
