Though Isaias will gradually weaken as it \nmoves north across Alabama overnight into Saturday, tropical storm \nforce wind gusts are possible across portions of East and Northeast \nMississippi.  Gradient wind will increase this evening in \nsoutheastern Mississippi, then stronger gusts are expected overnight \ninto Saturday across eastern and northeastern Mississippi. Downed \ntrees and power outages are expected in these areas. Heavy rainfall \nand flash flooding are also possible, mainly in the Golden Triangle \narea. Threat has trended overall downward. Conditions will improve \nlate Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening.\n\n\nPOTENTIAL IMPACTS\n-----------------\n\n* WIND:\nProtect against hazardous wind having possible limited impacts across \neastern and northeastern Mississippi. Potential impacts in this area \ninclude:\n    - Damage to porches, awnings, carports, sheds, and unanchored \n      mobile homes. Unsecured lightweight objects blown about.\n    - Many large tree limbs broken off. A few trees snapped or \n      uprooted, but with greater numbers in places where trees are \n      shallow rooted. Some fences and roadway signs blown over.\n    - A few roads impassable from debris, particularly within urban \n      or heavily wooded places. Hazardous driving conditions on \n      bridges and other elevated roadways.\n    - Scattered power and communications outages.\n\nElsewhere across Central Mississippi, Northeast Louisiana, and \nextreme Southeast Arkansas, little to no impact is anticipated.\n\n* FLOODING RAIN:\nProtect against dangerous rainfall flooding having possible \nsignificant impacts across the Golden Triangle area. Potential \nimpacts include:\n    - Moderate rainfall flooding may prompt several evacuations and \n      rescues.\n    - Rivers and tributaries may quickly become swollen with swifter \n      currents and overspill their banks in a few places, especially \n      in usually vulnerable spots. Small streams, creeks, canals, and \n      ditches overflow.\n    - Flood waters can enter some structures or weaken foundations. \n      Several places may experience expanded areas of rapid \n      inundation at underpasses, low-lying spots, and poor drainage \n      areas. Some streets and parking lots take on moving water as \n      storm drains and retention ponds overflow. Driving conditions \n      become hazardous.
