It is expected to make landfall as a\ndangerous hurricane along the Florida Panhandle late Friday evening \ninto early Saturday morning. Isaias will gradually weaken as it moves \nto the northwest into central to northwest Alabama late Friday evening \nthrough the day Saturday. Tropical storm force winds remain possible \nacross portions of southeast to east Mississippi before it weakens as \nit moves into central to northwest Alabama. Strong winds resulting in \ndowned trees and power outages and heavy rainfall and flash flooding \nare possible, with greatest impacts expected generally across southeast\nto east Mississippi. Conditions are forecast to gradually improve from\nsouth to north into Saturday evening.\n\nPOTENTIAL IMPACTS\n-----------------\n\n* WIND:\nPrepare for hazardous wind having possible limited impacts across\nsoutheast and east Mississippi. Potential impacts in this area \ninclude:\n    - Damage to porches, awnings, carports, sheds, and unanchored \n      mobile homes. Unsecured lightweight objects blown about.\n    - Many large tree limbs broken off. A few trees snapped or \n      uprooted, but with greater numbers in places where trees are \n      shallow rooted. Some fences and roadway signs blown over.\n    - A few roads impassable from debris, particularly within urban \n      or heavily wooded places. Hazardous driving conditions on \n      bridges and other elevated roadways.\n    - Scattered power and communications outages.\n\nElsewhere across Central Mississippi, Northeast Louisiana, and \nextreme Southeast Arkansas, little to no impact is anticipated.\n\n* FLOODING RAIN:\nPrepare for dangerous rainfall flooding having possible significant\nimpacts across east and northeast Mississippi. Potential impacts \ninclude:\n    - Moderate rainfall flooding may prompt several evacuations and \n      rescues.\n    - Rivers and tributaries may quickly become swollen with swifter \n      currents and overspill their banks in a few places, especially \n      in usually vulnerable spots. Small streams, creeks, canals, and \n      ditches overflow.\n    - Flood waters can enter some structures or weaken foundations. \n      Several places may experience expanded areas of rapid \n      inundation at underpasses, low-lying spots, and poor drainage \n      areas. Some streets and parking lots take on moving water as \n      storm drains and retention ponds overflow. Driving conditions \n      become hazardous.
