Rachel is moving\ntoward the west-northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h) and this motion is\nexpected to continue over the next day or so. Rachel is then\nforecast to slow down before making a sharp turn to the northeast by\nthe end of the week.\n \nMaximum sustained winds are near 75 mph (120 km/h) with higher\ngusts.
