Rachel is moving \ntoward the west-northwest near 6 mph (9 km/h), and a generally \nwest-northwestward motion is expected during the next couple of \ndays. Rachel is then forecast to slow down before making a sharp \nturn to the northeast by the end of the week. \n \nMaximum sustained winds are near 80 mph (130 km/h) with higher \ngusts.
