Estimated minimum central\npressure is 964 mb. Maximum sustained wind speed is 90 kt with\ngusts to 110 kt. Peak seas are 36 ft (11 M). Numerous moderate \nto strong convection is noted within 120 nm of center. Rachel is \nmoving toward the west-northwest, and this west-northwest to west\nmotion at a slightly slower forward speed is expected the next \ncouple of days.
