Fay is moving \ntoward the southwest near 10 mph (17 km/h). A southwest to \nwest-southwest motion, along with an increase in forward speed, is \nexpected to continue over the next couple of days.\n \nMaximum sustained winds have increased to near 40 mph (65 km/h) with \nhigher gusts.
