Environmental conditions are \nconducive for development, and a tropical depression is expected to \nform in a day or two, while the system moves slowly \nwest-northwestward to northwestward, parallel to the coast of \nsouthern and southwestern Mexico.\n* Formation chance through 48 hours...high...80 percent.\n* Formation chance through 7 days...high...90 percent.\nWell East-Southeast of the Hawaiian Islands:\nA broad area of low pressure is forecast to form over the next day \nor so about 1000 miles to the east-southeast of the Hawaiian \nIslands.
