Fay is moving\ntoward the west near 6 mph (9 km/h). A generally westward motion\nwith some decrease in forward speed is expected over the next few\ndays.\n \nMaximum sustained winds have increased to near 50 mph (85 km/h) \nwith higher gusts.  Some additional strengthening is possible\nthrough tonight.
