{"msg": "944\nABPZ20 KNHC 201741\nTWOEP \nTropical Weather Outlook\nNWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL\n1100 AM PDT Sun Sep 20 2026\nFor the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:\nActive Systems:\nThe National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical \nStorm Odalys, located located over a thousand miles southwest of the \nsouthern tip of Baja California. \nSouthwest of Southwestern Mexico (EP99):\nShowers and thunderstorms associated with a broad area of low \npressure located about 350 miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico have \nchanged little in organization since earlier today.  However, \nenvironmental conditions remain conducive for development, and an \nincrease in the organization of the system could result in it \nbecoming a tropical depression or storm within the next day or so.  \nThe system is expected to move eastward off the coast of southern \nMexico on Monday, but could begin moving toward the coast by late\nTuesday.  Interests along the southwestern and west-central coast of \nMexico should monitor the progress of this system.
