Norbert is\nmoving toward the west-northwest near 12 mph (19 km/h). A \nwest-northwestward to westward motion is expected during the next \nseveral days.\n \nSatellite-derived wind data indicate that maximum sustained winds \nhave decreased to near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts. Little \nchange in strength is expected over the next 24 hours, but \nweakening is likely to begin on Sunday.
