Norbert is\nmoving toward the west-northwest near 10 mph (17 km/h).  A turn \ntoward the west is forecast on Sunday, and Norbert should continue \nin this direction during the next several days.\n \nMaximum sustained winds are near 60 mph (95 km/h) with higher gusts.\nOnly modest strengthening is expected through the weekend.
