The remnants are moving\ntoward the west-northwest near 5 mph (7 km/h) and this motion is\nexpected to continue until dissipation.\n \nMaximum sustained winds are near 25 mph (35 km/h) with higher gusts.\nSlow weakening to dissipation is forecast during the next 24 hours. \n \nThe estimated minimum central pressure is 1012 mb (29.89 inches).\n \n \nHAZARDS AFFECTING LAND\n----------------------\nKey messages for Tropical Depression Edouard can be found in the\nTropical Cyclone Discussion under AWIPS header MIATCDAT5 and WMO\nheader WTNT45 KNHC.\n \nRAINFALL: Additional rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches are possible\nacross northeast Texas Thursday.  This will bring total rainfall\namounts along the path of Edouard to 5 to 10 inches, with maximum\ntotals up to 22 inches.  Additional flash flooding is possible\nthrough Thursday, especially in low-lying and urban areas.
