Maximum sustained winds are now estimated to be 35 mph, with\noccasional tropical storm force gusts still possible through the next \ncouple of hours. A Wind Advisory will remain in effect through 1AM for \nTyler, Jasper, and Newton CO, as a result. The center of Edouard is \nnear NW Hardin CO at this time, moving NW, with the area of heaviest \nrain situated north of the center. The threat for flooding rain will be\nthe main concern through the overnight period, as the storm continues \nto weaken. A Flood Watch remains in effect for all of SE TX through \n7AM.\n\n\nPOTENTIAL IMPACTS\n-----------------\n\n* FLOODING RAIN:\n\nAdditional impacts from flooding rain are still a concern across\ninterior southeast Texas.
