Karina is moving \ntoward the west near 12 mph (19 km/h), and a westward to \nwest-northwestward motion is expected during the next few days. \n \nMaximum sustained winds remain near 140 mph (220 km/h) with higher\ngusts.  Karina is a category 4 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson\nHurricane Wind Scale.
