For information specific to your\narea, please see products issued by your local National Weather\nService forecast office.\n \nFor a complete depiction of areas at risk of storm surge inundation,\nplease see the National Weather Service Peak Storm Surge Graphic,\navailable at hurricanes.gov/graphics_at5.shtml?peakSurge.\n \nRAINFALL: Edouard is expected to produce rainfall totals of 3 to 6\ninches with maximum totals up to 9 inches for parts of the Upper\nTexas Coast inland through east-central Texas, with potential for 2\nto 4 inches in far southwest Louisiana. This rainfall is likely to\nproduce flash flooding, especially in low-lying and urban areas.\nRiver flooding may also be possible.\n \nFor a complete depiction of forecast rainfall associated with \nEdouard, please see the National Weather Service Storm Total \nRainfall Graphic available at \nhurricanes.gov/graphics_at5.shtml?rainqpf and the Flash Flood Risk \ngraphic at hurricanes.gov/graphics_at5.shtml?ero.\n \nTORNADOES: A tornado or two is possible this afternoon and evening\nover parts of southwest Louisiana and southeast Texas.\n \n \nNEXT ADVISORY\n-------------\nNext complete advisory at 1000 AM CDT.\n \n"}
