This system is \nexpected to move west-northwestward to northwestward at 10 to 15 \nmph. Environmental conditions appear favorable for gradual \ndevelopment of this system, and a tropical depression is likely to \nform in the next several of days.\n* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...40 percent.\n* Formation chance through 7 days...high...90 percent.\nCentral Pacific:\nAn area of low pressure could form well south or southwest of the \nHawaiian Islands in the next few days.
