Dolly is \nmoving quickly toward the west near 24 mph (39 km/h) and this motion \nis expected to continue for the next couple of days. On the \nforecast track, this system, or its remnants, should be nearing the \nLeeward Islands this weekend.\n \nMaximum sustained winds remain near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher \ngusts. Little change in strength is likely during the next couple \nof days, and Dolly is forecast to degenerate into a tropical wave \nbefore it reaches the Leeward Islands.\n \nTropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 115 miles (185 km)\nnorth of the center.\n \nThe estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).\n \n \nHAZARDS AFFECTING LAND\n----------------------\nKey messages for Dolly can be found in the Tropical Cyclone\nDiscussion under AWIPS header MIATCDAT4 and WMO header WTNT44 KNHC.\n \nRAINFALL: Heavy rain from Dolly could affect the Leeward Islands\nlate Saturday into Sunday, with rainfall moving into the Virgin\nIslands, Puerto Rico and Hispaniola Sunday and Monday.
