Based on the lack of organized deep convection and\nbecause Lala is over cool waters, it is now considered a\npost-tropical cyclone. The initial intensity of the system is\nestimated to be around 35 kt.\n \nThe post-tropical cyclone continues to move slowly to the\nnorth-northwest. A gradual turn to the west-northwest or northwest\nis forecast as a low- to mid-level ridge becomes better established\nto the north of the system. The cyclone is also expected to weaken,\nand ultimately dissipate within a couple of days.\n \nLala had lasted about 15 days as a tropical cyclone traveling more\nthan a couple of thousand miles during that time. This is last\nadvisory on this system by the National Hurricane Center.\n\nFORECAST POSITIONS AND MAX WINDS\n \nINIT  28/0900Z 38.2N 179.4W   35 KT  40 MPH...POST-TROPICAL\n 12H  28/1800Z 38.5N 179.8E   30 KT  35 MPH...POST-TROP/REMNT LOW\n 24H  29/0600Z 39.1N 178.0E   30 KT  35 MPH...POST-TROP/REMNT LOW\n 36H  29/1800Z 40.6N 175.4E   25 KT  30 MPH...POST-TROP/REMNT LOW\n 48H  30/0600Z...DISSIPATED\n \n"}
