The \nNational Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on \nPost-Tropical Cyclone Iselle, located about 1000 miles west of the \nsouthern tip of the Baja California Peninsula.\nCentral East Pacific (EP93):\nShowers and thunderstorms are beginning to show signs of \norganization in association with a low pressure system located about \n800 miles southwest of the coast of southwestern Mexico. \nEnvironmental conditions are expected to support continued \ndevelopment of this system, and a tropical depression is expected to \nform later today or tonight.
