{"msg": "151\nABPZ20 KNHC 251154\nTWOEP \nTropical Weather Outlook\nNWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL\n500 AM PDT Tue Aug 25 2026\nFor the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:\nActive Systems:\nThe National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical \nStorm Lala, located several hundred miles north of Pearl and Hermes \nAtoll, on Tropical Storm Iselle, located several hundred miles \nwest of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula, and on \nrecently upgraded Tropical Storm Julio, located well southwest of \nthe southern tip of Baja California Peninsula.  \nThe National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on the \nremnants of Tropical Depression Moke, located several hundred miles \neast of Johnston Island,\nCentral East Pacific:\nA tropical wave located well to the south of southern Mexico is \nproducing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms. \nEnvironmental conditions appear favorable for development of this \nsystem, and a tropical depression is expected to form in a few days \nwhile it moves generally west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph, well \noffshore of Mexico.\n* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.\n* Formation chance through 7 days...high...90 percent.\nWestern East Pacific:\nA trough of low pressure located well to the east-southeast of the \nHawaiian Islands is producing some disorganized showers and \nthunderstorms. An area of low pressure is forecast to form along the \ntrough during the next couple of days, and environmental conditions \nappear conducive for some gradual development thereafter. A tropical \ndepression could form during the latter part of the week or early \nthis weekend while the system drifts generally north-northeastward. \n* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.\n* Formation chance through 7 days...medium...60 percent.\nWell Offshore of Southern Mexico:\nAn area of low pressure could form well offshore of Central America \nlate this week or this weekend.
