This system is tiny in comparison to Iselle, which is\nlocated about 400 miles to its north-northeast. The latest satellite\nintensity estimates generally support maintaining the initial\nwind speed at 30 kt.\n \nSlight strengthening is possible overnight, and the depression could\nbriefly become a tropical storm. However, all of the models agree\nthat this cyclone will be absorbed by Iselle on Tuesday.  Based\non the new guidance, the NHC forecast has moved up dissipation to\n24 hours.\n \n \nFORECAST POSITIONS AND MAX WINDS\n \nINIT  25/0300Z 14.5N 120.3W   30 KT  35 MPH\n 12H  25/1200Z 16.7N 119.5W   35 KT  40 MPH\n 24H  26/0000Z...DISSIPATED\n \n"}
