Environmental \nconditions are forecast to be favorable for development, and a \ntropical depression is expected to form by the end of the week \nwhile the system moves generally west-northwestward at 10 to 15 \nmph, well offshore of Mexico.\n* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.\n* Formation chance through 7 days...high...90 percent.\nWell Offshore of Southern Mexico:\nAnother area of low pressure could form well offshore of Central \nAmerica late this week.
