{"msg": "825\nABPZ20 KNHC 241149\nTWOEP \nTropical Weather Outlook\nNWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL\n500 AM PDT Mon Aug 24 2026\nFor the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:\nActive Systems:\nThe National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical \nStorm Lala, located several hundred miles north of Pearl and Hermes \nAtoll, on Tropical Depression Moke, located several hundred miles \nsouth of Honolulu, Hawaii, and on Tropical Storm Iselle, located \nseveral hundred miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja \nCalifornia Peninsula.\nWell Southwest of the Baja California Peninsula (EP91):\nSatellite wind data indicate that the small area of low pressure \nlocated well to the southwest of the southern tip of the Baja \nCalifornia Peninsula has become a little better defined. However, \nthe shower and thunderstorm activity remains disorganized. \nEnvironmental conditions could still support the development of a \nshort-lived tropical depression during the next day or so while the \nsystem moves generally northward, before it becomes absorbed by \nTropical Storm Iselle.\n* Formation chance through 48 hours...medium...50 percent.\n* Formation chance through 7 days...medium...50 percent.\nCentral East Pacific:\nAn area of low pressure is expected to develop well south of the \nsouthern tip of the Baja California Peninsula in a day or two.  \nEnvironmental conditions are forecast to be favorable for \ndevelopment thereafter, and a tropical depression is expected to \nform by the end of this week while the system moves generally \nwest-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph.\n* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.\n* Formation chance through 7 days...high...80 percent.\nWell Offshore of Southern Mexico:\nAnother area of low pressure could form well offshore of Central \nAmerica late this week. Environmental conditions appear conducive \nfor some gradual development of this system over the weekend while \nit moves westward to west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph well \noffshore of southern Mexico.\n* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.\n* Formation chance through 7 days...low...30 percent.\nWestern East Pacific:\nA broad area of low pressure is forecast to form well to the  \neast-southeast of the Hawaiian Islands during the middle part of the \nweek.
