{"msg": "053\nABPZ20 KNHC 231140\nTWOEP \nTropical Weather Outlook\nNWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL\n500 AM PDT Sun Aug 23 2026\nFor the eastern and central North Pacific east of 180 longitude:\nActive Systems:\nThe National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical \nStorm Lala, located well north of the Papahanaumokuakea Marine \nNational Monument, and on Tropical Storm Moke, located a few \nhundred miles south-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii.\nSouthwest of Mexico (EP92):\nShowers and thunderstorms are becoming better organized in \nassociation with a gale-force area of low pressure located several \nhundred miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja \nCalifornia Peninsula. In addition, recent satellite-derived wind \ndata indicate that the surface wind circulation is becoming better \ndefined.  If current trends continue, then advisories would be \ninitiated on a tropical storm later this morning as the system moves \nwest-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph.
