Environmental conditions are favorable for \ndevelopment, and a tropical depression or tropical storm is expected \nto form on Sunday as the system moves west-northwestward at 10 to 15 \nmph.\n* Formation chance through 48 hours...high...90 percent.\n* Formation chance through 7 days...high...90 percent.\nCentral East Pacific (EP91):\nDisorganized showers and thunderstorms are persisting with a broad \narea of low pressure located well to the south-southwest of the \nsouthern tip of the Baja California Peninsula.
