Watches will likely be required for\nportions of the area early Tuesday.\n \n \nDISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK\n----------------------\nAt 1100 PM HST (0900 UTC), the center of Hurricane Lala was located \nnear latitude 20.4 North, longitude 166.1 West. Lala is moving \ntoward the west near 10 mph (17 km/h), and this motion is expected \nto continue through Tuesday. A turn toward the west-northwest then \nnorthwest is forecast on Tuesday night and Wednesday, followed by a \nturn toward the north on Thursday.\n \nMaximum sustained winds have increased to near 80 mph (130 km/h) \nwith higher gusts. Additional strengthening is forecast during the \nnext day or so. Lala is expected to remain a hurricane for the next \nseveral days.\n \nHurricane-force winds extend outward up to 15 miles (30 km) from the\ncenter and tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 90 miles\n(150 km).\n \nThe estimated minimum central pressure is 985 mb (29.09 inches).\n \n \nHAZARDS AFFECTING LAND\n----------------------\nNone.\n \n \nNEXT ADVISORY\n-------------\nNext complete advisory at 500 AM HST.\n \n"}
