The remnants are moving\ntoward the west near 14 mph (22 km/h), and this general motion is \nexpected to continue tonight.\n \nMaximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.\n  \nThe estimated minimum central pressure is 1008 mb (29.77 inches).\n \n \nHAZARDS AFFECTING LAND\n----------------------\nSTORM SURGE:  Water levels may remain elevated through the next\nhigh tide cycle along the Louisiana and Texas coastline but should\nsubside thereafter.\n \nRAINFALL: The remnants of Bertha are expected to produce total \nrainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with isolated totals to 4 inches \ntonight over South Texas.
