Bertha will continue to weaken, becoming a \npost-tropical system as it moves westward tonight. Locally heavy \ndownpours remain possible for the next few hours mainly to the south\nand southwest of the center. No other significant impacts are expected\nas winds continue to subside.\n\nPOTENTIAL IMPACTS\n-----------------\n\n* FLOODING RAIN:\nAdditional impacts from flooding rain are still a concern across the\nwestern Houston metro and Brazos Valley.
