Douglas is\nmoving toward the north near 6 mph (9 km/h)  and this motion is\nexpected to continue today. A gradual turn to the northwest is\nforecast later tonight through the end of the week.\n \nMaximum sustained winds are near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts.\nLittle change in strength is expected today.
