Winds may continue to gust up to 40 mph along the\nimmediate coast through the early evening, before conditions begin to\nimprove. Rainfall has really diminished on the east side of TS Arthur,\nand the flooding rain threat has been removed. Otherwise, TS Arthur\nwill move northeastward into southwest Louisiana tonight. \n\nPOTENTIAL IMPACTS\n-----------------\n\n* WIND:\nProtect against hazardous wind having possible limited impacts across \nthe immediate southeast Texas coast. Potential impacts in this area include:\n    - Unsecured lightweight objects blown about.\n    - Some large tree limbs broken off. \n    - Some fences and roadway signs blown over.\n    - Scattered power and communications outages.\n\nElsewhere across Southeast Texas, little to no impact is anticipated.\n\n* SURGE:\nCoastal flood warnings and advisories have been issued for the \nimmediate coast.
