The \nlow-level center has become very difficult to find even with the \nuse of GOES 1-minute visible imagery, and the remaining convection \nis in a disorganized band along the coast of southern Mexico. Based \non these developments, Boris has decayed to a remnant low pressure \narea and this will be the last advisory.\n \nThe best estimate of the current motion is 305/6 kt.  The remnants \nof Boris are expected to moved west-northwestward until the system \ndissipates completely in 12 h or so. \n \nAlthough Boris is decaying, there is a continued threat of heavy \nrainfall, which is the primary hazard of this slow-moving system. \nThese rains will likely result in flash flooding and mudslides in \nmountainous terrain through today.\n \nKey Messages:\n \n1. Heavy rainfall associated with the remnants of Boris across\nportions of southern Mexico will subside by later today. Some risk\nof additional flooding and mudslides continues this morning,\nespecially in areas of steep terrain.\n \n2.
