The\npost-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northwest near 7 mph (11\nkm/h), and a west-northwestward motion is expected to continue \ntoday.\n \nMaximum sustained winds are now near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher \ngusts.  Boris is forecast to dissipate over the mountains of \nsouthern Mexico later today or tonight.\n\nThe estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).\n \n \nHAZARDS AFFECTING LAND\n----------------------\nKey messages for Boris can be found in the Tropical Cyclone\nDiscussion under AWIPS header MIATCDEP2 and WMO header WTPZ42 KNHC.\n \nRAINFALL: The remnants of Boris are expected to produce additional \nrainfall totals of 1 to 4 inches across coastal portions of the \nMexican states of Guerrero and Oaxaca today.
